In addition to coaches, staff, administrators and compliance personnel, the ARMS solution is also widely used by our student-athletes. As a student-athlete at LSU, ARMS is used in the following ways:
Verify weekly Countable Athletically Related Activity (CARA) charts
Sign required NCAA, SEC and LSU compliance forms
Receive text message reminders from the compliance staff
